The Role We are looking for a Project Manager (site-based lead) who has the ability to lead and the take ownership of a new build facility on a government project with a value of £10M EL1 Clearance required as this is a prison project. Must have previous experience of working in prisons! Overall responsibility for the success of a project ensuring it is handed over on time, to the client’s expectations and within budget. Manage project programme. Manage quality expectations and ensure these are achieved. Assist with site establishment and site logistics. Manage all requirements for Health, Safety and environment compliance. Identifies and manages risk. Ensure delivery against the project budgets.
