Project Manager (Operating Model and Regulatory Change) Location: GlasgowDuration: 6 MonthsWorking Pattern: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite per week) Rate: £452 per day Inside IR35 Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a critical Operating Model workstream within a large-scale regulatory transformation programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving delivery from design through implementation and transition into Business as Usual (BAU), ensuring effective governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery assurance throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires a seasoned project professional with a strong background in regulatory change programmes, Target Operating Model (TOM) design and implementation, and hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery environments. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of the Operating Model workstream from design through implementation and successful transition into BAU. Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps. Manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID), ensuring proactive mitigation and escalation where required. Establish and maintain robust project governance, including SteerCo updates and executive-level reporting. Ensure effective scope management, change control, delivery assurance, and traceability across the project lifecycle.
