Project Manager

Project Manager (Banking) 6 month contract, scope to extendInside IR35, 400 - 435 P/D2 days on site per week in Knutsford Purpose of the roleFocused on delivering individual projects, ensuring completion within scope, time, and budget with a more immediate focus. To be successful as a Project Manager, you should have experience with: Ability to operate independently at senior level, supporting leaders with clear analysis, options and recommendations to drive effective decisions.Communication with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners, to ensure that they are informed about project progress and that their needs and expectations are being met.Production of ExCo ready progress reporting, providing clear assurance that proposed solutions are being delivered on time and within approved budgets.Management of project risks, ensuring that risk, assumptions, issues and dependencies are identified, assessed, and mitigated as necessary.Facilitation of change management activities, including training and communication, to ensure that change projects are successfully implemented and embedded in the organisation.Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring and coaching colleagues across complex initiatives.Enterprise agile capability required, with experience applying agile at scale across complex, multi?initiative portfolios.
