An exciting opportunity has arisen-for a Turnkey Project Manager at Associate Director level to join a global construction consultancy.This is a key role within the business and combines client project management consultancy services with contractor project management services to provide a holistic project, programme, and contract management of their-clients commissions cross the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Promote, develop, and lead project, construction and contract management services within turkey and integrated project solutions to their-clients.
• Manage and report on the performance of project, construction, and contract management services.
• Work to compliment services and then grow those services to warrant recruitment to support the same.
• Contribute to the strategic growth and implementation of appropriate tools to develop the business
• Ensure that client objectives are met through the delivery of value-added project, construction, and contract management services

Qualifications

• Demonstrable technical expertise in the delivery of contractor project Management services and managing a small team of professionals
• Experience of delivering consultancy project management services
• Industry related degree & RICS or CIOB Chartered status
• Experience providing Turnkey solutions within a consultancy environment.
