The ideal location would be Hampshire as-the key locations are Farnborough, Crawley, Southampton, Wrexham, Coventry and Oxford.- You will come from a Hard FM Engineering background and have cut your teeth within the FM Projects environment or moved across to it ideally during your M&E Maintenance career. Happy to travel but there is the flexibility to manage your own time and work hybrid.- Managing projects from cradle to grave , happy to come up with solutions as you build your pipeline through demonstrating what''s good and maintaining high standards throughout.- Networking internally with your team, you''ll be a solid leader with a wealth of experience looking for your next senior move in an exciting and fast paced environment which is extremely rewarding.
