Project Manager – Civils Project | Cornwall

18-Month Contract | £500–£550 per Day | PAYE Umbrella Only | Weekly Pay

Tradestech Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Project Manager to join a Tier 1 contractor delivering a civil engineering project in Cornwall.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term 18-month contract on a major civils project.

Location
Cornwall. A full UK driving licence and your own transport are essential.
Duties

• Managing project delivery to meet programme, budget and quality requirements.
• Leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
• Managing construction programmes, resources and project risks.
• Monitoring progress and reporting on performance, costs and key milestones.
• Liaising with the client, designers and commercial team.
• Overseeing quality assurance, project documentation and handover.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within civil engineering.
• Experience delivering major civils projects for a Tier 1 contractor.
• Strong leadership, planning and stakeholder management skills.
• Sound understanding of construction programmes, commercial controls and health and safety requirements.
• Valid CSCS card and SMSTS.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Relevant civil engineering or construction qualification desirable.

Package

• £500–£550 per day for the right candidate, depending on experience.
• PAYE Umbrella only.
• Weekly pay.
• Long-term 18-month contract.
• Immediate interviews with a prompt start available.
