Project Manager

Pay: 32.00- 40.00 per hour Job Description: Project Manager Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm 40 Hours per week The successful candidate will have experience in delivering projects to a variety of client groups, managing key client accounts, and providing a significant contribution to multi-disciplinary teams as well as supporting the management and direction of the Project Management group. This is a fast-paced team with an enviable client-list and with an exponentially increasing workload; there is significant room for development of the team on both a horizontal and vertical scale. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of design-build project delivery, serving as the primary client interface and internal coordination hub. This includes managing design consultants and construction teams through a unified workflow, developing and maintaining integrated project schedules that align design milestones with construction activities, and ensuring seamless communication between all stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Financial management represents a critical component, requiring development and monitoring of comprehensive project budgets, tracking costs against design and construction phases, managing change orders and variations, and ensuring projects deliver within approved financial parameters.
