Position: Project ManagerLocation: London Contract Type: PermanentSalary: 95,000- 110,000 per annum + package About the RoleTLG Infrastructure are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large build project involving basement construction, new superstructure, structural alterations, associated civils and temporary works. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project from planning and procurement through construction and handover, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the construction of deep basement and RC structural works.Coordinate and oversee temporary works, including excavation support, propping, shoring, and associated engineering requirements.Lead project planning, programming, and resource allocation.Liaise with clients, consultants, temporary works designers, subcontractors, and site teams.Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and commercial performance.Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.Chair project meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.Manage programme interfaces between temporary works, excavation, and permanent RC construction activities.Drive efficient project delivery while maintaining high technical and safety standards.
