Coordinate project delivery from start to finish. Oversee refurbishment works including: Washrooms Classrooms Sensory areas Outdoor play areas Liaise with contractors, clients, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Monitor progress and maintain project documentation. Essential Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering refurbishment or fit-out projects. Experience managing multiple live projects simultaneously. Valid SMSTS certificate. CSCS Black Card . First Aid qualification. Asbestos Aware... Contract
