Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee a range of projects across the region.This is a roaming Project Manager position, with responsibility for managing projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, commercially and to a high standard.The role would suit a Project Manager with a trade or construction delivery background who is comfortable working across multiple sites and managing projects within secure/public-sector environments.Key Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of fit-out and refurbishment projects.Manage projects from pre-start through to practical completion and handover.Plan and coordinate site activities, labour, materials and subcontractors.Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.Develop and manage programmes, logistics plans and short-term works schedules.Ensure projects are delivered to agreed programme, budget and quality standards.Monitor project costs, variations, procurement and commercial ..... full job details .....
