This role will take full responsibility for projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring schemes are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.The successful candidate will have a proven track record managing large-scale residential developments, working closely with commercial teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to achieve successful project outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery Lead the day-to-day management of construction projects valued between £15M and £30M.Manage residential apartment and Extra Care developments from site establishment through to handover.Take overall responsibility for programme delivery, quality standards, health and safety compliance, and client satisfaction.Coordinate and manage all site-based teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contract requirements and company procedures.
