The-Role

The-Project-Manager-is-responsible-for:

Planning,-coordinating-and-delivering-allocated-construction-and-structural-engineering-projects-from-contract-handover-through-to-final-completion.-

Coordinating-Engineering,-Procurement,-Production,-Logistics-and-Site-Operations-to-ensure-project-activities-remain-aligned-with-contractual-and-operational-objectives.

Acting-as-the-principal-operational-point-of-contact-for-clients,-consultants,

subcontractors-and-key-stakeholders-throughout-the-project-life cycle.

Preparing,-reviewing-and-maintaining-project-documentation,-including-project-programmes,-Risk-Assessments,-Method-Statements-(RAMS),-progress-reports-and-contractual records.

The-Person

Will-have-proven-experience-managing-construction,-structural-steel-or-closely-related-

infrastructure-projects-from-contract-award-through-to-completion.-

Will-have-strong-organisational-and-workload-management-skills-coupled-with-sound-

commercial-awareness-and-business-judgement.-
