Project Manager - Small Works DivisionSalary: £70,000 to £80,000Location: Midlands (Office/Site-based)Are you a seasoned construction professional with strong commercial and delivery experience, seeking a leadership role within a Small Works division that specialises in delivering a varied portfolio of smaller-scale but often technically challenging projects? We''re looking for a practical, organised, and client-focused Project Manager to drive project success and uphold the quality and reputation of a dedicated Small Works team.The Small Works team specialise in delivering projects that are typically smaller in value than major programme work, but highly varied in type and complexity. These range from extensions, refurbishments and utility upgrades to specialised fit-outs and phased works, often delivered through repeat business with established clients. Projects may involve multi-discipline coordination, phased delivery and close client interaction - providing a dynamic and highly rewarding working environment. As a Project Manager in this division, you will be responsible for the overall performance and successful delivery of allocated projects, ensuring compliance, commercial performance and on-site excellence.
