Project Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing SME residential developer on a live scheme in London. The current project is an RC frame apartment development, already well underway, offering the successful candidate the chance to take ownership mid-way through the build and drive it through to completion. Following the successful delivery of this project, there is a clear pathway to move onto a larger mixed-use development, providing long-term continuity and career progression within the business. This role would suit a proactive and driven individual with strong experience delivering residential schemes, particularly RC frame builds, and a track record of managing projects through the construction phase. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing the delivery of an RC frame apartment scheme Managing programme, budget, and quality throughout the build Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and consultants Driving the project through to successful completion Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager within residential construction Strong knowledge of RC frame developments Ability to manage live construction projects effectively Excellent organisational and communication skills This is a fantastic opportunity to join an SME developer with a strong pipeline and be part of delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use schemes.
