I''m working with a Tier 1 contractor who needs a Freelance Project Manager to provide holiday cover on a supermarket cut and carve project in Hull.

This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with one of the UK''s leading main contractors, with the potential to be considered for future projects.

• Managing the day-to-day running of a live site.
• Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works stay on programme.
• Maintaining high health & safety standards.
• Liaising with the client, site team and supply chain.
• Keeping the project running smoothly while the permanent Project Manager is on leave.

• Previous experience as a Project Manager on commercial refurbishment or fit out projects.
• Tier 1 main contractor experience is highly desirable.
• Experience delivering supermarket, retail or cut and carve projects would be an advantage.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.

• -300325 per day.
• Short-term freelance assignment with an immediate start.
