Project Manager Required Pay: 55,000 per annum + Package Location: Solihull One of our established clients are currently looking for a project manager to join the growing business based in Solihull. About the business: A principal contractor on projects up to 10m in value for a growing number of logistics and Industrial occupiers, investors, and developers. Specialising in large scale full fit out, FM, FFE and refurbishment projects. The right person will have experience on the following: Manage fit-out projects from tender stage through to completionPrepare and review tender submissions and project estimatesAnalyse drawings, specifications, and client requirementsAttend client meetings and present project proposalsCoordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing and procurementDevelop project programmes, budgets, and cost plansMonitor project costs, variations, and commercial performanceLiaise with design teams, site managers, and consultantsEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standardsNegotiate contracts and manage client expectationsIdentify project risks and implement mitigation strategiesPrepare progress reports and update stakeholders regularlySupport business development and maintain client relationshipsEnsure compliance with health and safety and company procedures If you are currently available and interested in this vacancy, please can you apply with your CV. ..... full job details .....
