Project Manager

Working as part of our clients Technical Team, you are one of the go-to people for managing large, technical and complex repair work involving commercial, residential and industrial properties. You demonstrate and implement successful strategies to deliver projects from end to end, whilst being part of a technical hub of knowledge to assist other departments when negotiating Third Party Property Damage (TTPD claims). All this whilst ensuring all works are compliant, commercially sound and completed to the highest of standards. Key Responsibilities Attend sites across the UK to carry out surveys solo or with the accompaniment of engineers, building surveyors, subcontractors or other professionals, to determine cause of loss, and create a repair scheme to reinstate the damaged property to the correct level of indemnity. Manage the TPPD claim throughout its lifecycle, responsible for progressing within agreed upon SLAs, compiling all relevant documentation to support its journey including but not limited to cashflow forecasts, programmes of work, variations, schedules, quotes, reports, court compliant reports. Set the standard for health and safety and statutory compliance across works involving local authority liaison, listed building officers, environment agency, highways departments, building control and other entities.
