Transformation Projects Manager Location: Slough, (SL1) Office-based with travel to service locations Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm Contract: Fixed-Term (initially 6 months, with scope for extension) Sector: Social Housing The Opportunity for Transformation Projects Manager An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Transformation Project Manager to support a significant programme of organisational and operational change within a social housing services provider. Working closely with the General Manager, Senior Leadership Team and key workstream leads, you will bring structure, discipline and momentum to the transformation programme - ensuring plans remain on track, risks are effectively managed and agreed changes are successfully embedded into Business as Usual. This role would suit a highly organised and delivery-focused Project or Programme professional who is confident managing project plans, programme controls, RAID logs, governance, reporting and multiple workstreams. Due to the size of the organisation (35 employees), the role requires the post holder to undertake other responsibilities outside the scope of just project management, so we would require a flexible and adaptable individual, who is happy to provide support with some of the additional tasks outlined in the key responsibilities below.
