The initial project will start from demolition stage through to new build including some repurposing and fit out. This is a massive project of high value mainly for a range of residential properties. THE COMPANY My client is a firm of construction consultants providing Project Management, Building Surveying, Employer''s Agent, Quantity Surveying and Principal Designer services. They have a selection of long standing clients and are extremely busy. They are a medium to large size firm who are part of a larger group of companies. They work on a range of projects which includes residential for the public and private sectors including large scale regeneration, new build affordable housig, student accommodation, high value private homes, schools, universities and healthcare projects.
