Project Manager

This is a rare opportunity for a high-level Project Manager with client side refurbishment project experience, to join an innovative building and site investigation consultancy in East Anglia. Work from either a Hertfordshire or Cambridgeshire based office with one day a week travelling to visit UK wide projects. You ll be working with a team specialising in lifecycle building remediation, bespoke testing and site investigation of historical buildings, infrastructure and commercial projects. This is a key role for a Project Manager to take a high-level overview of programme, processes and client management on projects across the business. You will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of technically complex projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and within budget. Liaising with clients throughout the lifecycle of each project, building strong relationships that support long-term partnerships and repeat business, while keeping clients and stakeholders informed of progress, key findings, risks and delivery dates. You will also support the preparation of project proposals, programmes and commercial estimates, working closely with technical and commercial colleagues, and be involved in scoping activities including site visits and client meetings.
