The ideal candidate will have strong project delivery experience across DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) and the TSA (Telecommunications Security Act), with the ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical technology and operational outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end telecoms technology and regulatory projects. Deliver programmes aligned to DORA and Telecommunications Security Act requirements. Manage cross-functional teams across Technology, Cyber Security, Risk, Compliance and Operations. Own project plans, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies and governance. Work with senior stakeholders to ensure regulatory and security objectives are delivered. Coordinate third-party suppliers and technology partners where required.
