Project Manager - Fire & Security (Technical Background Required)

We are recruiting for a technically strong Project Manager with a background in fire & security systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior engineer ready to step into a leadership and delivery-focused role.

The position will involve overseeing small to medium commercial projects, pricing works, supporting tenders, and developing relationships with local business clients (local, regional focus).

• Manage end-to-end delivery of fire & security installation projects
• Prepare quotations, costings, and tender submissions
• Support and develop local business relationships and repeat clients
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and project timelines
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Provide technical input across system design and specification

• Strong background in fire & security engineering (senior level ideal)
• Experience in estimating, quoting, or tendering work
• Good commercial awareness and client-facing ability
• Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple projects
• Based in or around Manchester
