Project Manager

Job Description Sysco is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Enterprise Services team (HR, Finance and Legal) on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in delivering technology initiatives that support business objectives and strategic priorities across Europe. Working within a matrix organisation, you will collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.We are offering a hybrid working contract where you will be required to attend the office in Ashford, Kent or Hemel Hempstead 3 times per week, so you must be comfortable and flexible with travel and commuting for project and team meetings.In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of complex technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget. You will lead projects through the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through to implementation and transition into business-as-usual operations. Projects will be delivered using established PMO governance standards and a combination of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.You will work closely with business stakeholders at all levels, including senior and executive leadership, to understand requirements, define project scope and ensure solutions align with business goals.
