ResponsibilitiesAbility to work independently and work in partnership to deliver the aboveEstablish the appropriate admin workflow to ensure full and fair participation across each board Develop and commission a bespoke training programme for residents that meets general and group needs as well as individual training needs, working with tenant training bodies, internal departments and VCS groups Work with board members and services to develop their work programme.Set up a mini website for each board using the engage hub to facilitate information sharing, and exchange of ideas.Support the boards gather evidence and insight for consideration and to inform their work.Draft reports on work at the boardsWork with service leads for the boards areas of focus to ensure teams are working closely with the boards ensuring the provision of the right information to ensure people can contribute to fair decision making.
