Construction Project Manager Super Prime Private Residence Fit-Out - South West London About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the fit-out of a 50,000 sq ft super prime residence in South West London. This is a dual-facing role: you will be the day-to-day authority on site managing contractors and trades, while also owning the full project management function - programme, budget, quality, and stakeholder communication - reporting to the Construction Director and Owner throughout.This is not a purely site-based role. We need someone who can move fluidly between hands-on site management and strategic project delivery - someone equally comfortable walking the floor with contractors as they are chairing a progress meeting, managing a budget, or reporting to the client and design team. Key ResponsibilitiesSite and Contractor Management - Manage and coordinate all subcontractors on site, ensuring works are delivered to programme, budget, and specification - Resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and delays in real time - Oversee health and safety compliance across all trades and site activity - Monitor quality of workmanship against the exacting standards expected on a super prime private residenceProject Management - Own and maintain the master project programme, tracking milestones and critical path - Manage the overall project budget, including cost tracking, variations, and forecasting - Lead procurement of contractors, suppliers, ..... full job details .....
