Project Manager

An existing client of Sphere Solutions, are looking to employ a Project Manager-with immediate effect.

The successful candidate will oversee a -50M new build, multi storey, Residential scheme in Bristol. It compromises of 166 units, split over 6 blocks, with ground floor commercial space and underground parking.-

The ideal candidate will come from a Commercial background rather than Housing, due to the nature of schemes-that my client will be targeting. For the foreseeable future, these will be high rise and multi story accommodation / residential / mixed use developments

Degree level qualifications, SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid is essential.-
