The project consists of the construction of a 131-bedroom hotel, including a fast-track single-storey rooftop extension and the construction of a new stairwell, delivered under a traditional form of contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor on a prestigious project, where you will be the No.1 on site, taking full responsibility for the successful delivery of the programme. The Role Overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site. Lead the project safely, on programme and within budget.
