The project consists of the construction of a 131-bedroom hotel , including a fast-track single-storey rooftop extension and the construction of a new stairwell , delivered under a traditional form of contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor on a prestigious project, where you will be the No.1 on site , taking full responsibility for the successful delivery of the programme. The Role Overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site. Lead the project safely, on programme and within budget. Act as the main point of contact on site, maintaining strong relationships with the end client and key stakeholders. Coordinate subcontractors, site teams and suppliers. Ensure all works are completed to the highest standards of quality. Maintain site health & safety and ensure compliance with company procedures.... Temporary
