This is a hands-on freelance opportunity for an experienced scaffolding professional who can take ownership of project delivery, leading site teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required commercial and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day delivery across multiple scaffolding projects. Coordinate labour, supervisors and site teams across live projects. Forecast labour requirements and manage resources effectively. Monitor project progress, productivity, costs and stock usage. Oversee scaffold inspections, handovers and compliance. Ensure works comply with TG20:21, SG4:22, NASC guidance and relevant scaffold designs. Ensure RAMS, inductions, toolbox talks and inspections are completed.
