The role will have responsibility for managing projects from planning through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, to the required quality and within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor project programmes, budgets and resources. Lead and manage Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers and project teams. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site-based staff. Work closely with Commercial, Design, Quality and Health & Safety teams. Manage procurement, labour and material requirements. Monitor progress, productivity, quality and project costs. Maintain project records, programmes and documentation. Ensure construction phase plans, RAMS and H&S requirements are implemented.
