With these accolades, we continue to grow and expand our employee community with people who are passionate about joining us on this exciting journey.As the Director of Solutions Engineering at Unily, you will lead a global team dedicated to showcasing our platform''s capabilities to address each clients unique organizational challenges. Build, lead, and mentor a team of Solutions Engineers across key regions.Participate in the pre-sales process to provide technical expertise and implementation guidanceContribute to RFP/RFI responses with detailed technical implementation approachesEnsure that client challenges, goals and requirements are well documented and shared with our implementation teams so they have client context at project kick-offClient Relationship BuildingCollaborate with RevOps and Enablement to define KPIs, tooling, and training programs.Track SE performance metrics (conversion rates, attach rates, cycle time).Drive continuous improvement through data, feedback, and field intelligence.Stay current on product features, capabilities, and implementation best practices8+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or similar roles at a B2B SaaS company, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity. Comfortable working across time zones, cultures, and virtual teams.
