Project Manager - Data Centre - Northampton Location: Northampton Duration: Contract Rate: Excellent Day Rate - Limited Company - Start: Immediate We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a major data centre project in Northampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the Pre-Task Safety Analysis (PTSA) process. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage PTSA activities across multiple work packages. Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure safe delivery of works. Review and challenge construction methodologies and risk assessments. Ensure all health and safety documentation is completed to a high standard. Liaise with client representatives, principal contractors and site management teams. Monitor programme, quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Drive a strong safety culture across the project. Candidate Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale construction projects. Previous data centre experience highly desirable. Strong understanding of PTSA, RAMS and construction health and safety processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications preferred.
