Project Manager - Data Centre - Northampton

We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a major data centre project in Northampton.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the Pre-Task Safety Analysis (PTSA) process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage PTSA activities across multiple work packages.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure safe delivery of works.
• Review and challenge construction methodologies and risk assessments.
• Ensure all health & safety documentation is completed to a high standard.
• Liaise with client representatives, principal contractors and site management teams.
• Monitor programme, quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive a strong safety culture across the project.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale construction projects.
• Previous data centre experience highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of PTSA, RAMS and construction health & safety processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Ability to start at short notice.
