Project Manager (Software and Infrastructure Projects) Remote (UK) Inside IR35 Contract to end of March 2027Client: ICT and Electronics Organisation Unit Planning and Project Management (Digital Backbone Portfolio)We''re looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of software, infrastructure, and technology remediation projects within a major Digital Backbone Portfolio. Reporting into the Programme Manager, you''ll take end-to-end ownership of projects, ensuring delivery to agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality, while working closely with internal teams and third-party suppliers.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver software and infrastructure projects from initiation through to completionBuild and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and delivery roadmapsCoordinate internal delivery teams, business stakeholders, and third-party suppliersManage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies with clear mitigation plansTrack delivery performance and provide governance reporting (status, RAID, budget, milestones)Ensure compliance with organisational governance, security, and change management processesEssential Skills and ExperienceProven delivery of software and/or infrastructure projects in enterprise environmentsStrong stakeholder management and supplier management capabilityExperience in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reportingDemonstrable risk and issue management experienceWorking knowledge of PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall, or ..... full job details .....
