Project Manager - Social Housing Refurbishment and Planned Works Lewisham, SE London £70,000 - £80,000 per annum plus package Our client is a leading construction and property services contractor delivering large-scale refurbishment, regeneration and decarbonisation programmes across the social housing and residential sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of planned maintenance, fabric repair and upgrade projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware Project Manager with experience delivering occupied residential refurbishment works, managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of internal and external fabric repairs, redecorations and property upgrades. Oversee fascia, soffit and rainwater goods replacement programmes. Lead roofing repairs and replacements, including liquid coating applications. Manage balcony and walkway refurbishment and replacement works. Deliver window and door replacement programmes. Oversee passive fire protection and fire safety improvement works. Manage retrofit and decarbonisation measures, including sustainability and energy efficiency upgrades. Coordinate upgrades and replacement of communal facilities including bin stores, pram sheds and drying areas.
