Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of planned maintenance, fabric repair and upgrade projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware Project Manager with experience delivering occupied residential refurbishment works, managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
