Project Manager

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a-Project Manager-to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

The-Project Manager,-will be responsible for:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of lifecycle and variation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and fully compliant with HTM, HBN, CDM, and BSA 2022 requirements.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and training phases.
• Coordinate asset surveys, contractor-activities, and stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless FM service delivery.
• Provide robust financial-management and reporting, including budget tracking, reconciliations, and management information to support decision-making.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and-environmental compliance, supporting ISO 14001 initiatives and ensuring accurate documentation, including O&M manuals.

To be successful for this Project Manager role you must have:

• Extensive experience delivering Lifecycle and Variation projects within PFI environments, ideally in healthcare, including full MEP project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of key-regulations and frameworks including CDM 2015, HTM, HBN, RIBA stages, and the Building Safety Act (BSA).
• Proven-capability managing projects within high-risk buildings, ensuring full compliance with BSA requirements.
• Good commercial and-contractual awareness within PFI, with the ability to manage stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Collaborative and forward-thinking approach, demonstrating innovation, continuous improvement, and adaptability in project delivery.
