Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. Our client is a specialist UK construction and maintenance contractor, delivering high-quality refurbishment and installation projects. Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Project Manager to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. As the Project Manager, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive maintenance services. The Project Manager will be responsible for: Managing multiple refurbishment projects across London and surrounding areas Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to meet project deadlines Overseeing works within live environments while minimising disruption Monitoring project progress, quality, budgets, and health and safety compliance Conducting site inspections and managed stakeholder communication Ensuring projects complied with client requirements and building regulations To be successful for this Project Manager role you must have: Valid CSCS Card. Experienced delivering refurbishment projects from start to finish. Experienced managing multiple projects at one time. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Full UK Driving Licence. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. Hands-on and flexible approach to working on-site.
