Internal Description Project Manager Façade Cladding EWI Refurbishment Full-time Permanent London and South-East Projects across London £70,000 £80,000 per annum + car allowance and benefits Project Manager job in North London leading the delivery of façade, EWI, recladding, refurbishment and remediation projects across London from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly, on programme and commercially successfully. The Role This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing specialist construction contractor delivering façade, external envelope, refurbishment and remediation projects across London. The role will involve taking full responsibility for projects from pre-start and mobilisation through to completion and handover, overseeing programme, commercial performance, quality, health and safety and client relationships. The successful candidate will work closely with Contracts Managers, Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors and support teams, while managing subcontractors and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and other key stakeholders. The position will initially involve overseeing a project in London and South-East, with responsibility for the successful delivery of the scheme and regular involvement across other London-based projects as required.
