The business delivers a wide range of AC and ventilation projects across London, with a strong focus on banks, leisure, hotels and commercial environments. They have a strong project pipeline and are keen to speak with experienced Project Managers who can take ownership of multiple schemes and help drive projects forward properly.   This role would suit someone with a strong technical background in air conditioning and ventilation, ideally someone who has previously worked on the tools as a fitter, engineer or supervisor before moving into project management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from handover through to completion, ensuring works are planned properly, subcontractors are managed effectively, RAMS and technical submissions are site specific, and financials are tracked throughout the project.
