Project Manager - Facade Remediation Sunbury-on-Thames Up to £80,000 + Package Are you an experienced Project Manager with a track record of delivering façade remediation, cladding replacement, and external envelope projects We are working with a well-established specialist contractor seeking a Project Manager to take full responsibility for a £5 million façade remediation scheme in Sunbury-on-Thames. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-profile project from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery on programme, budget, quality, and safety. Key Responsibilities: Overall management of a £5m façade remediation project. Leading site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners. Managing programme delivery and project milestones. Ensuring strict compliance with health and safety regulations. Liaising with clients, consultants, residents, and key stakeholders. Monitoring project costs, variations, and commercial performance. Driving quality standards and ensuring works are completed to specification. Producing progress reports and attending client meetings. Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering façade remediation, cladding, envelope, or major refurbishment projects. Strong technical understanding of façade systems and remediation works. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
