This is an opportunity to work with some of the best design and coding talent in the North of England and deliver award winning and innovative projects.ABOUT THE ROLEYou’ll be the ‘go to person’ on a variety of client web build projects and retainers. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth project rollouts for clients. As a key part of the agency you’ll be involved with:Client facing comms and managementProject managementLearning about the UX and creative process with internal design teamsWorking closely with our design, development and SEO teamsA key ethos at Show + Tell is to go the extra mile for clients with outstanding creative and service. So we’re looking for someone that doesn’t want to hide behind faceless emails but is dedicated to building solid relationships with our clients.It’ll be fast paced and there will be daily of learning on the job with plenty of guidance, training and support.
DESIRABLE SKILLS:As an Project Manager, you’ll be the trusted link between our clients and delivery team. You’ll build strong relationships, oversee smooth project delivery, and ensure every piece of work drives measurable impact against client goals.You’ll guide clients towards digital activity that delivers results, while spotting opportunities to grow accounts through deeper partnerships and additional services.YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:Act as a trusted partner to clients, supporting both their business objectives and personal goalsOversee delivery of branding and digital projects from kick-off through to completion, keeping work on time and on budgetProactively look for ways to add extra value and create standout client experiencesStay up to date with digital, marketing and industry trends relevant to your clientsPresent ideas, strategies and commercials clearly, ensuring clients see the “why” as well as the “what”Deliver reports and insights that cut through the noise and highlight meaningful outcomesManage day-to-day communication channels with clients, ensuring clarity and responsivenessTake ownership of client meetings; preparing materials, coordinating inputs, and ensuring discussions are productiveBe the go-to point of contact in the agency for your accounts, resolving queries and keeping things moving smoothlyLead regular client status meetings in line with agency processes, ensuring progress is clear and accountable
