Project Manager / Senior Site Manager

Fawkes and Reece (West) have a great opportunity for a permanent Project Manager / Senior Site Manager covering work in and around London, to join a well-established Flooring and Tiling contractor operating throughout the UK.The ideal candidate will be a highly self-motivated and experienced Project Manager / Senior Site Manager, ideally with a flooring, tiling, fit-out or construction background. This role offers the opportunity to manage a range of commercial, residential, retail, education, health and tourism/leisure projects.To be considered for the role, it is vital that you have previous experience managing construction, fit-out or specialist flooring and tiling projects/packages and are confident managing subcontractors, site teams and client/main contractor relationships.This is a great opportunity to join an established Flooring and Tiling contractor that offers training, support and development.
