Our client, Somerset Council, is looking for an interim Project Manager for SEND Reform. This project manager role will be central to the delivery of SEND Reform projects, with a focus on Somerset''s Experts at Hand (EAH) model across education settings for children and young people aged 0-25, supporting the wider SEND Improvement Programme and SEND Reform Plan.
