About the Role

The Project Manager - Security Systems will oversee projects up to £1M for a London-based firm with circa £200m turnover. This full-time role requires competence across quality delivery, health and safety compliance, client relations, and commercial performance within agreed budgets. You will work independently on substantial assignments, meeting demanding client expectations and forging strong working relationships. Candidates should demonstrate a stable employment history with longevity in previous positions. The negotiable salary depends on experience. Key skills include quality focus, H&S knowledge, client management, and financial acumen. This position is based in London.

Our client, a well-established London based company with c£200m turnover, are in the market for a experienced projects manager that has the appropriate skills, experience, and competencies to deliver the following to projects up to £1M
• Highly competent across four disciplines:
o Quality focussed – experience of delivering projects to a high standard of quality
o Knowledge, qualification, experience of H&S compliance
o Client relations – able to meet demanding client expectations, able to forge good working relationships with clients
o Commercial performance – delivery of projects within agreed budgets/margins
• Able to work independently on large projects to a professional and high standard.
• Candidates need to have stable track records with longevity/loyalty in previous roles.
• Salary of £55-65k flexible for the right quality of candidate.
• Complex Enterprise CCTV, access projects & small to medium projects experience
Candidates should have a proven track history of delivering electronic security (CCTV/Access Control/Integrated systems) projects, on time and within budget.
Location will be in the London office but will be on projects in the South East of England predominantly with some national so some working from home is possible.
Package consists of pension, private health, holidays, car or allowance, etc.
