Your new companyYou will be joining Atos to support the delivery of medium to complex projects involving multidisciplinary teams, multiple workstreams, third parties and subcontractors. Your new roleAs a Project Manager, you will be accountable for defining, planning, governing and successfully delivering medium to complex projects. You will manage delivery against agreed scope, cost, timescales, quality and risk parameters, selecting predictive, iterative or agile delivery methods as appropriate. You will lead multidisciplinary teams of up to 30 Atos resources and work closely with customers, senior stakeholders, suppliers, third parties and subcontractors. The role covers the full project lifecycle, including project controls, financial management, change control, risk mitigation, customer acceptance and service transition. Key responsibilities Define and validate project objectives, requirements, scope, acceptance criteria, milestones, dependencies and intended outcomes with relevant stakeholders. Develop, control and re-baseline project plans, adapting the delivery approach when priorities change and focusing on the achievement of business benefits. Lead medium-sized, multidisciplinary teams of up to 30 resources, including third parties and subcontractors. Provide clear direction, coaching and mentoring while creating an inclusive and high-performing project environment.
