Job Title: Project Manager SAP S/4HANA and CX Transformation Location: Reading - 2 day Employement type: Contract/Permanent Job Type: 6 months- Inside IR35 Role overview: Project Manager SAP S/4HANA and CX Transformation Role Overview An experienced Project Manager is required to lead the delivery of a greenfield SAP S/4HANA and SAP CX transformation for a mid-market organisation. This role requires a delivery leader who has successfully managed end-to-end SAP programmes of similar scale and complexity, with a strong command of SAP Activate methodology, and the ability to balance structure with pragmatic execution. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership and Governance Own the end-to-end project plan, milestones, and delivery across all SAP Activate phases Establish and manage governance structures including status reporting, RAID logs, and steering committees Ensure alignment across stakeholders, workstreams, and delivery partners Delivery Management Lead coordination across functional, technical, and integration workstreams Ensure delivery of agreed outputs in line with scope, timelines, and quality expectations Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and the critical path Client and Stakeholder Engagement Act as the primary interface for client stakeholders and programme sponsors Drive decision-making, manage expectations, and handle escalations effectively Communicate clearly at both operational and executive levels Commercial and Execution Discipline Track ..... full job details .....
