Reporting into a Senior Contracts Manager, you will manage multiple stakeholders, coordinate site teams, and drive project performance across all stages.Key responsibilities include:Managing the full project lifecycle from planning through to delivery and handoverLeading site teams and working closely with Site Managers and subcontractorsMonitoring project progress against programme targets and adjusting where requiredProducing and managing project programmes, forecasts, and budgetsOverseeing procurement of materials and subcontractor packagesEnsuring smooth coordination between design, commercial, and operational teamsMaintaining full compliance with Health and Safety legislation and ..... full job details .....
