Project Manager Job Role: MandE Project Manager (Electrical Bias) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £70,000 per annum + Benefits Location: London (with travel to project sites as required) About the Role We are seeking an experienced MandE Project Manager with an Electrical Bias to join our client''s growing team and lead the successful delivery of building services and infrastructure projects across London and the South-East. The ideal candidate will have a strong MandE background, specialising in electrical building services, healthcare projects, and HV/LV infrastructure upgrades. You will oversee projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is particularly suited to a Project Manager with experience delivering critical infrastructure projects within live healthcare environments, where operational continuity and stakeholder management are essential. Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of MandE projects with a focus on electrical services and HV/LV infrastructure upgrades. Lead projects from planning and procurement through installation, commissioning, handover, and final account. Deliver works within live healthcare environments while minimising disruption to critical operations. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal project teams.
