The business delivers projects for a range of commercial clients, with the majority of their work across the Northwest and West Midlands. Projects range from £250k to £10m, with an average project value of around £2m-£3m. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager or Contracts Manager who enjoys taking ownership of projects and being trusted to manage them through to completion. The role offers a varied workload across office fit outs and other commercial spaces, including industrial units, with a mixture of site-based and office working. The business has a practical and collaborative approach, giving experienced Project and Contracts Managers the responsibility and flexibility to manage their own projects while working within established systems and processes.
